EQUIPMENT, INFRASTRUCTRE, LABS & OUTSOURCED OPERATIONS
are all strategically aligned to meet our customers growing needs…!
Equipment:
We operate over 100 CNC machines, offering a broad range of precision machining, including 3, 5, and 7-axis capabilities for complex, high-accuracy components. We also provide grinding, honing, lapping, and super polishing for refined surface finishes and tight tolerances.
Our hard part turning and Swiss lathe operations suit high-precision parts, while vertical and horizontal honing ensure excellent surface quality and dimensional accuracy. Additional services include demagnetization and Gala Vibro finishing.
Our finishing facility features ultrasonic cleaning, laser marking, and sandblasting for enhanced quality and traceability. We also offer heat treatment and thermal deburring to boost durability and performance.
We use advanced equipment from top manufacturers such as Nidec, Doosan, Tsugami, Citizen, Hurco, BFW, Studer, and Engis, enabling us to meet diverse industry needs.

Infrastructure
Our manufacturing complex at Tamaka Industrial Area spans 70,000 square feet and is distributed across three plants. Since its inception in 2007, this facility has served as the backbone of our operations, enabling us to meet growing demand while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Each plant is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and technology, designed to enhance our manufacturing capabilities and reflect our commitment to innovation and excellence. This facility represents not only a substantial investment in infrastructure but also our dedication to building a robust and reliable supply chain, firmly positioning us as an industry leader. In 2025, we are set to double our capacity with the addition of a new plant.
Testing and Inspection
Our Standard Room features advanced instruments for precise measurements and high-quality standards. Key equipment includes a Bridge Type CMM for coordinate measuring, a Roughness Tester for surface analysis, Contour and Surface Measurement tools, a Laser Micrometer for noncontact checks, an Air Gauge for precision measurement, and a Roundness Tester for evaluating geometrical accuracy.
In our Metallurgy Lab, Vickers and Rockwell Hardness Testers assess material hardness, while microscopes support detailed metallurgical analysis, helping us understand material properties and behavior.
For instrument calibration, we use a 2D Height Gauge, a Height Master, and a Micrometer Calibration Master to ensure continued accuracy and reliability.
This comprehensive setup reflects our commitment to top-quality products and strict quality control.
