Mr. Jayaraju serves as the chairman of RR Precision India Private Limited, where he oversees our administrative and human resources functions. With over 40 years of experience in the accounting and technical domains at the Karnataka Electricity Board, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our company. Mr. Jayaraju held the position of Director for all ESCOMS in Karnataka and was also the President of the Employee Union Association at the Karnataka Electricity Board. His guidance and energy are the principal driving forces behind all our ventures, ensuring RR Precision continues to thrive and grow.

Sunil founded RR Precision India Private Limited in 2007 and has since been the driving force behind its success. With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Eastern Michigan University and a B.E in Industrial Engineering and Management from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore, Sunil combines deep technical expertise with visionary leadership. From the outset, he has meticulously built a strong team, established robust manufacturing processes, and developed a diverse customer, supplier, and vendor base. Sunil's foresight and strategic planning position the company for significant growth in the coming decade. Among his many innovations, Sunil has developed proprietary CNC Servo assembly and crimping machines for Piston Pumps, which are currently patent pending. Beyond his professional achievements, Sunil is a fitness enthusiast who has completed several international marathons. Notably, in 2007, he participated in the Blue Planet Run, a unique event where he was the only Indian among 20 runners to complete a run around the earth.

Joining us in 2008, Janardhan brings over 30 years of expertise in the precision components manufacturing industry, particularly in CNC machines and programming. He previously worked with Automac Precision Turners and Engineers and holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Janardhan is passionate about mentoring young professionals and is committed to continuous improvement and the practice of poke yoke.

Mallappa has been our General Manager of Quality since 2020, with over 30 years of experience in the field. Holding a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, he previously worked at TIDC Murugappa Group companies. Mallappa is responsible for ensuring our adherence to IATF 16949-2016 standards and regularly provides technical training to our new team members. An active member of QCFI and the ASME Bangalore chapter, Mallappa is a cornerstone of our quality assurance efforts.

Ravi joined us in 2022 with an impressive background, including an Executive MBA in Operations Management from Mumbai University and 20 years of experience in mechanical engineering. He is responsible for new production development and engineering and leads the customer quality function at RR Precision. Ravi is dedicated to achieving Zero PPM and enjoys mentoring young professionals in his spare time.

With over 12 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Jagadish is our Key Accounts Manager - Sales and Marketing. He excels in various roles including Production, Planning, Costing, Sales, and Marketing. Jagadish ensures customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines and maintaining high service quality norms. He has held senior management positions at M/s Universal Flexibles Pvt Ltd and Deccan Hydraulics, successfully managing key accounts with major OEMs like Volvo, Daimler, Ashok Leyland, Bull Machines, Komatsu, Wabtec, SDF, BEML, and VST. As an environmental activist, Jagadish plants 25 trees every year on his birthday.

Nikhil joined us in 2023, bringing a wealth of knowledge from his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Alva's Institute of Engineering and Technology. His internship at Toyota Kirloskar in Bangalore honed his skills in operational effectiveness and manufacturing process optimization. At our company, Nikhil is pivotal in creating robust operational metrics and implementing best-in-class manufacturing processes at both the Tamaka Complex and our new plant in Narsapura. Certified in AutoCAD, Catia V5, and Beta Ansa, Nikhil is dedicated to excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and staying fit at the gym.
