Nikhil joined us in 2023, bringing a wealth of knowledge from his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Alva’s Institute of Engineering and Technology. His internship at Toyota Kirloskar in Bangalore honed his skills in operational effectiveness and manufacturing process optimization. At our company, Nikhil is pivotal in creating robust operational metrics and implementing best-in-class manufacturing processes at both the Tamaka Complex and our new plant in Narsapura. Certified in AutoCAD, Catia V5, and Beta Ansa, Nikhil is dedicated to excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and staying fit at the gym.
