He has been serving as our Sr. General Manager – Operations and Plant Head, since 2024, bringing over 24 years of experience in manufacturing excellence, leadership, team management, innovation, and strategic planning.
He possesses strong domain knowledge and hands-on experience in aerospace and automotive precision machining components, backed by a background in Mechanical Engineering.
He is also highly skilled in leading greenfield projects, including setting up machining plants, and holds certifications in IATF, AS, VDA, and OHS standards.
